More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight process.
